Health and Safety: We've moved to a self check-in model because of the pandemic. This minimizes contact, but please know that we are still available to answer any questions and still do whatever it takes to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We are always available by phone (928-215-6876) and have people on-call to help you in person if needed.

 

Getting to Your Room: Suite 1, Studios 2 and 3 are on the first floor. Suites 5 and 9, and Studios 4, 6, 7, and 8 are on the second floor. The doors are numbered and will be open when you arrive.

Room Code, WiFi, and Contact Information: Upon entering your room, locate the placard in the room. It contains all the information you will need. Hint: Take a picture, or write down the room code so you don't have to commit it to memory.

Keyless Locks: To lock your door, simply exit, and using key code provided from the placard, enter the four-digit code and turn the tumbler so that the lock engages. Your room is now secure. To re-enter, enter the four-digit code again. This time, turn the tumbler to unlock the door.

Checking Out: You will have either already paid online, or will have provided your credit card information to the human that took your reservation over the phone. This means you may just leave at your leisure. Check out is any time before 11:00 am.
